Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, health administration, analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in federal program management, program analysis, or operational leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading execution across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across large-scale VA programs, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans, risk registers, and performance dashboards.
• Drive issue resolution, action tracking, and dependency management across internal teams and partners.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for VA stakeholders, delivering program updates and executive briefings.
• Conduct advanced analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
