Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of relevant exempt experience; Master’s Degree and 8 year of relevant professional experience.
• Equivalent qualifications include: Associate's Degree with 2 years experience or 4 years non-exempt experience; Military Paygrade E-5+; High School/GED with 4–8 years related exempt or non-exempt experience.
• Nice to Have: experience with procedural development and maintenance; Re-Entry Control and SUBSAFE certification boundaries; Certifying document accuracy; US Navy submarine service experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program quality plans, programs, and procedures using quality control statistics, lean concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses.
• Interface with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met.
• Review, analyze, and report on quality discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Recommend dispositions and modifications to ensure products conform to standards.
