Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor\'s degree with extensive exempt experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with engineering, materials, and production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of exempt experience.
• Master’s Degree and 8 years of exempt experience.
• Associate's Degree or other 2-year program and 2 years of exempt experience or 4 years of non-exempt experience.
• Military Paygrade E-5 or above military experience.
• High School/GED and 4 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant exempt experience.
• High School/GED and 8 years combined of Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Trades, Military experience or other relevant non-exempt experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement program quality plans, programs, and procedures using quality control statistics, lean manufacturing concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses.
• Ensures that performance and quality products conform to established company and regulatory standards.
• Reviews, analyzes, and reports on quality discrepancies related to procedures and processes.
• Investigates problems and develops disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies.
• Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure requirements are met.
• Recommends corrective actions, dispositions, and modifications.
