Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Senior Leader to own the successful implementation and adoption of the Qualified Conversational Marketing Platform for new and existing customers. You will guide clients through the Implementation Framework and collaborate with Enterprise Architects to define the optimal technical setup for onboarding Qualified products.

Qualifications

10+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
Working knowledge of marketing automation systems.
Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications.
Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution.
Must be willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple roles.

Responsibilities

Own successful implementation and adoption of the Qualified Conversational Marketing Platform for customers.
Lead customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework.
Outline optimal technical architecture with Enterprise Architects for onboarding.
Document technical requirements for a data model aligned to customer objectives.
Coach stakeholders on Conversational Marketing to improve product adoption.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key stakeholders.
Identify successful customers and develop case studies and testimonials.
Provide customer feedback to shape the product roadmap.
Analyze customer health to achieve renewal targets.
