Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Subject Matter Expert with deep QNXT and TriZetto expertise to champion our solutions for clients and prospects. This role emphasizes storytelling through demonstrations, turning complex payer challenges into compelling value narratives and measurable outcomes.

The position is remote with work across the United States. You will lead multi-product demonstrations, translate business requirements into use cases, and collaborate with Sales and Product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a technology discipline (equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
• 7+ years of related experience in the Healthcare Industry, ideally within Healthcare Insurance
• Experience with TriZetto software and solutions is a plus.
• Experience with QNXT required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
• Ability to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the value of TriZetto Solutions to current clients and new prospects.
• Translate prospects' business requirements into demonstrable use cases that highlight the flexibility and functionality of TriZetto offerings.
• Maintain deep, current expertise on TriZetto's features, functionality, and roadmap.
• Serve as engagement lead for multi-product demonstrations, cultivating strong working relationships with Sales and Product House teams to ensure the right offerings are proposed and demonstrated.
• Act as a key point of contact, accountable for developing and submitting responses to RFIs/RFPs for new opportunities.
• Mentor and support the growth and knowledge development of Associates.
