Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on QNXT benefit configuration experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) for data validation.
• Ability to perform gap analysis between business requirements and QNXT capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, validate, and maintain benefit setups in the QNXT platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, IT, Network, and Claims teams.
• Support new implementations, annual renewals, and ongoing benefit maintenance.
