Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in quality management or quality program management.
• Deep knowledge of AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
• Experience with multi-site certification or surveillance audits.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and risk-based prioritization.
• Travel up to 50% and ability to obtain U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise QA strategy and coordinate cross-site QMS alignment.
• Lead site assessments and quality maturity evaluations across locations.
• Develop and maintain a site risk register with mitigation actions.
• Liaise between corporate Quality and site teams; establish engagement cadences.
• Roll out updated QMS processes; manage change timelines and adoption.
• Coordinate audits with Internal Audit, Supplier Quality, and Compliance.
• Define and report enterprise quality KPIs to leadership.
• Govern QMS document control across sites with harmonized hierarchies.
• Travel up to 50% for assessments, rollouts, and stakeholder engagement.
