The Senior Quality System Engineer will drive the QMS strategy across manufacturing and supplier sites, implementing world-class quality management software and analytics to ensure compliant, scalable processes. The role requires deep expertise in QMS standards and audits, strong project management, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in aerospace and/or defense manufacturing.
• Expert knowledge of QMS requirements and auditing in a complex product environment with multiple QMS standards.
• Working knowledge with QMS software solutions (e.g., Net Inspect, SAP, ETQ, MasterControl, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with data analytics platforms, reporting tools, and basic data visualization.
• Demonstrated project management for software system implementation and supplier onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and manage the execution of the QMS and its top-level processes, including audits.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of the QMS software across sites and coordinate audits.
• Collaborate with product quality and manufacturing engineers to prepare processes and tools to meet QMS requirements.
• Develop the internal QMS road map for tools and capabilities to scale with the company.
• Communicate with external audit agencies and support customer audits as needed.
