Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to join our defense technology team in the United States. You will define and execute scalable QMS processes that deliver reliable products and meet mission requirements.

You will work across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, partner with external auditors, and drive root-cause analysis and continuous improvement to raise product quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of QMS standards and auditing in aerospace/defense.
• Experience with ERP/PLM/BI systems and data analysis.
• Ability to drive projects from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Define and improve QMS documentation and required activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and assist on customer audits.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions from findings.
