Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing or quality with leadership exposure.
• Strong background in regulated aerospace/defense or medical device environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Quality Engineering team and set performance standards.
• Oversee QMS compliance and AS9100 certification.
• Define and monitor KPIs for internal, supplier, and field quality.
