Job summary
Anduril Industries is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead a production QC team in the Costa Mesa area. You will manage supervisors, partners with production and quality engineers, and drive the development and execution of quality controls across all stages of manufacturing.
The role focuses on product quality, process improvements, and ensuring compliance with QMS and GD&T standards. You will be responsible for resource planning, training, audits, and mentoring staff, while leveraging
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in aerospace quality/regulatory roles.
- 3+ years in management.
- Familiar with QMS/AS9100/ISO.
- Experience with GD&T and IPC standards.
- Experience with PCBA manufacturing and inspection.
- Strong data analysis and SOP experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead quality control team and ensure safety culture.
- Plan resources including hiring and performance.
- Ensure training and audits.
- Develop and apply quality controls and dashboards.
- Drive process improvements and QMS upgrades.
- Collaborate with QE/ENG and suppliers.
- Ensure inspection plans and GD&T adherence.
