Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a QMS Manager to own the Quality Management System across manufacturing and operations. You will lead audits, CAPA/NCR governance, and document control to scale quality across sites.

You will partner with Product, Supplier, Manufacturing Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive data-driven quality improvements and rapid growth. This role is based in the United States and requires a strong quality leadership background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quality, engineering, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or operations.
• 7+ years of experience in Quality, QMS, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Quality.
• Deep working knowledge of ISO 9001 and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record overseeing internal, customer, regulatory, and supplier audits.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Quality Management System across facilities.
• Lead enterprise audit programs and CAPA/NCR governance.
• Drive document and change control governance and ensure up-to-date records.
