The role supervises a Quality Coordinator and provides functional leadership to site laboratories, combining quality systems ownership with analytical testing and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 5+ years QA/QC experience, 2+ years supervisory experience, and ISO 9001 auditing certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in industrial manufacturing or related processing.
• 2+ years of laboratory supervisory or leadership experience.
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve ISO 9001 QMS and audit readiness.
• Lead audits, third-party registrations, and customer audits.
• Provide direction to lab and site quality personnel.
• Oversee testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Ensure validated methods and calibrated instruments; manage CAPA.
• Lead quality investigations and performance metrics.
