Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a QMS Manager to establish, implement, and scale a comprehensive Quality Management System across manufacturing and operations. You will collaborate with Product, Supplier, Manufacturing Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to drive data-driven, preventive quality improvements.

You will lead audits, CAPA/NCR governance, and document/change control while integrating QMS with ERP/MES systems to support rapid company growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Quality, QMS, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Quality with success scaling QMS frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, quality management principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record planning, executing, and managing internal, customer, regulatory, and third-party audits.
• Strong CAPA, NCR, 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the overall Quality Management System and establish governance mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer standards across sites.
• Direct the enterprise audit program including internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits.
• Lead CAPA/NCR processes with root-cause analysis and effectiveness verification.
• Manage quality documents, change control, and data governance across ERP/MES systems.
• Establish cross-site quality dashboards and lead Quality Management Reviews.
