Primoris Energy Services in Haskell, TX, seeks an experienced Senior Coordinator QHSE to support the implementation and improvement of our QHSE management systems. You will help ensure regulatory compliance and promote a strong safety culture across projects in the energy services sector.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in QHSE, with hands-on experience in audits, investigations, and incident analysis.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in QHSE roles within energy services, construction, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local QHSE regulations.
• Proven experience in conducting safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to train and influence employees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
• Relevant certifications such as CSP, CHST, OSHA 30-hour, or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in development, implementation, and maintenance of QHSE programs and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and non-compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
• Develop and deliver QHSE training programs for employees.
• Maintain QHSE documentation including permits, records, and incident logs.
• Collaborate with project managers and staff to integrate QHSE into operations.
• Monitor environmental performance and assist in reporting.
• Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
• Support continuous improvement through data analysis and trend identification.
• Provide guidance to employees and management on QHSE matters.
