Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Coordinator I QHSE at their Hubbard, Texas location. You will assist in development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental programs, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include supporting inspections, incident investigations, training, recordkeeping, and collaboration with operations to promote a strong safety culture. A high school diploma and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a QHSE role, preferably within the energy services or construction industry.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local QHSE regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel occasionally to other job sites as needed.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret safety data sheets (SDS).
• Familiarity with incident investigation methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in QHSE inspections and audits to identify hazards and non-compliance issues.
• Support incident investigations, including data collection and root cause analysis.
• Help develop and deliver QHSE training programs.
• Maintain QHSE records: training logs, inspection reports, incident reports, and corrective action plans.
• Assist in implementing safety management systems and environmental compliance programs.
• Participate in developing and revising QHSE policies and procedures.
• Monitor and track QHSE performance indicators.
• Collaborate with operational teams to promote a strong safety culture.
• Assist with emergency response planning and drills.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the QHSE Manager or Supervisor.

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
