Primoris Energy Services in Haskell, Texas seeks an experienced HSE Manager to develop and oversee health, safety, and environmental programs across sites. You will ensure regulatory compliance and foster a strong safety culture while mitigating risks in all operations.

The role requires extensive HSE leadership, training, and documentation management, plus collaboration with project teams to embed safety into planning and execution. Occasional travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (occupational health, safety, environmental science, or engineering).
• 7–10+ years of progressive HSE management experience in energy/oil & gas/heavy industrial construction.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required; CSP/CIH or equivalent preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT and other HSE regulations.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE programs, policies, and procedures per Primoris standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure safety protocol compliance.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide HSE training and orientation to employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Manage and maintain all HSE documentation, permits, licenses, and records of incidents, trainings, and inspections.
• Serve as primary liaison for regulatory agencies during inspections and inquiries.
• Monitor HSE performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with project managers and staff to integrate HSE into planning and operations.
• Stay current with HSE regulations and industry best practices.
