Qualifications

• 5+ years of QC or quality-related experience in personal care, cosmetics, or fragrance manufacturing.
• Strong background in nonconformance management, analytical testing, and release processes.
• Experience in cGMP/ISO 22716 environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete product release process.
• Review and approve deviations and investigations.
• Collaborate on new formulation launches.
• Manage the QC laboratory.
• Supervise the retention program.
