• Strong knowledge of construction quality control processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, shop drawings, and technical requirements.
• Experience on large, complex commercial or institutional projects with strict quality standards.
• Willingness to relocate or travel as required by the project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the project-specific Quality Control Plan.
• Provide leadership of the project's quality control program and ensure compliance with quality requirements by all team members and subcontractors.
• Create, update, and maintain project submittal logs and all required quality control documentation.
