Job summary

Western Rock Products, a CRH Company, seeks a Quality Control leader to oversee aggregate and asphalt testing programs across multiple units from Vernal to St George. You will mentor Laboratory Managers, coordinate resources, and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety.

The role requires PE in Utah (preferred), with 2+ years QC experience and strong leadership. Travel within Utah is expected; base location in St. George preferred, with potential flexibility.

Qualifications

• PE licensed in Utah preferred.
• 2+ years aggregate/asphalt QC experience preferred.
• Leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment in compliance with all safety policies.
• Lead a dispersed quality control team across Utah.
• Coordinate capital expenditure to equip QC facilities.
• Oversee lab and field testing; manage resources and scheduling.
• Promote WAQTC certifications among QC personnel.
• Provide technical guidance and timely test result communications.
• Maintain accurate records of test results and correspondence.
• Collaborate with line-of-business managers to improve quality.
