Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Finance or Business or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of Defined Benefit (DB) calculation experience required.
• Experience with Fidelity DB systems and tools (DBcs, XTRAC, CCW, WebView, FOCUS) preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel to perform complex calculations and analyze large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Execute controls across DB Defined Benefit operational functions and post-implementation validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and improve controls and processes.
• Support quality and exception management within WI Client Service Operations.
