Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Senior Quality Control Analyst to execute controls across Defined Benefit operations within WI Client Service Operations. The role collaborates with business partners to design controls and drive improvements using data analyses.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in math/finance/business, at least 3 years of DB calculation experience, and strong Excel skills, with familiarity of Fidelity systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, business, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of DB calculation experience.
• Experience with Fidelity systems such as DBcs, XTRAC, CCW, Customer WebView, and FOCUS.
• Advanced Excel skills for large data calculations.
• Strong regulatory knowledge in the DB space.
• Ability to problem solve and design improved controls.
• Strong critical thinking and intellectual curiosity.
• Quality-focused background.
