Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a full‑time QBA to join our Savannah team. This hybrid role blends in‑clinic clinical work with remote planning, documentation, and supervision to support families and children with developmental needs.

Active QBA certification and Georgia LBA license are required. The successful candidate will manage a small caseload, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families while benefiting from strong clinical leadership and a generous bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Active QBA Certification required.
• Georgia LBA licensure required.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, intentional caseload to provide high‑quality, individualized care.
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Conduct FBAs and track progress with data-driven decisions.
• Supervise and support RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with rules.
• Stay current with ABA research and ethical standards.
