Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to join our Georgia team in a hybrid in-clinic role. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active QBA Certification required.
• Georgia LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, intentional caseload to provide high-quality, individualized care
• Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and track progress with data-driven decisions
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTs
• Collaborate with families and other care providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
• Stay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards
