The Treetop ABA in Savannah, GA is seeking a full-time Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to join our clinician-led team in a hybrid in-center role. You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and use data to guide progress.

Qualifications

• Active QBA Certification is required.
• Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills required.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
