The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time BCBA in Savannah, GA to provide in-home ABA therapy with hybrid planning/remote collaboration. You will lead clinical care, supervise staff, and partner with families to achieve individualized goals.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification (required).
• Georgia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in-clinic and support families at home/community.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs/ABATs/Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
