Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior QA lead to oversee software quality assurance across multiple projects for customized business applications. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee system, integration, UAT, and regression testing to ensure release readiness.

Collaborate with senior leadership, PMs, and development teams to address quality risks and defect trends, communicate status through reports, and certify that final deliverables pass independent verification and validation before release.

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus 3 years IT testing or related experience.
• Or Bachelor's plus 6 years progressive IT testing experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 5% and relocation as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead QA across projects for customized business apps.
• Plan and oversee system, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
• Ensure applications meet requirements and quality standards before release.
• Collaborate with leadership, PM, and development on risks and outcomes.
• Communicate testing status and remediation progress through reports.
• Ensure final deliverables pass independent verification and validation
