Campbell Soup Company in Camden, New Jersey, is seeking a Senior Technician - QA to lead daily quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and HACCP programs across the plant and Kitchen 1869.

You will manage microbiological testing, CAPAs, audits, training in Alchemy and eMaint, and ensure GMP, safety, environmental monitoring, and finished product traceability to uphold Campbell’s product safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma.
• 3+ years of experience with a BS degree OR 8+ years in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, planning and organizing skills, leadership, partnership, and teamwork.
• Knowledge of canning and thermal processing.
• Background in food processing and quality assurance.
• Driving quality initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency with computer systems, SharePoint site usage, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsabilités

• Execute daily distribution, collection, and review of control documentation for product manufacturing and release.
• Support preparation for third-party and regulatory quality and safety audits by ensuring policies are implemented, maintained, documented, audited, and validated, with related training.
• Manage planning and execution through the eMaint application as site administrator.
• Manage EMP and the Alchemy program.
• Oversee in-process quality in the plant and Kitchen 1869; ensure daily routine sample analyses, GMP adherence, and instrument maintenance.
• Manage the assigned safety section and support the plant’s safety matrices and initiatives.
• Conduct gap assessments and manage QA root cause analysis and CAPAs.
• Collaborate with production and Operations to ensure quality requirements and continuous improvement.
