Job summary

Qualifications

• Computer skills and working knowledge of SAP, Quality Suites and Excel.
• Strong math and data-entry abilities with accuracy.
• Willingness to train in other lab areas and adapt to fast-paced testing environments.

Responsibilities

• Regular moisture/finished product testing and data recording.
• Fat testing on samples and blender checks as needed.
• Salt and lactose testing and CCP checks for area responsibilities.
• In-process testing and correctional actions to ensure 100% product quality.
