Job summary

MassHousing seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee time-critical QA tasks across the PBCA program and agency loan portfolio. You will monitor workflows, audit documentation, review MORs, and ensure compliance with HUD requirements, reporting to the Senior QA Manager.

The role requires a 4+ year background in auditing/quality control within regulated environments, with a hybrid work model and on-site presence in the Boston area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of auditing or quality control experience in compliance-driven environments.
• Ability to develop and refine QA procedures and improve workflows.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Section 8 PBCA tasks across developments and HUD contracts.
• Audit MORs and ensure HUD requirements are met.
• Coordinate data points for HUD monthly report and billing.
• Provide training on PBCA requirements and system updates.
• Ensure security and compliance with MassHousing policies.
