Job summary

Bureau Veritas Primary Integration (BVPI) seeks a QA/QC Manager to implement and manage the quality control program at client sites for hyperscale data center projects. You will coordinate QA/QC across MEP disciplines, GC, and Owner QA/QC leadership to foster a quality culture and drive issue resolution.

Strong leadership and technical writing are essential. The role requires on-site inspection oversight, reporting, and collaboration with design teams, contractors, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated QA/QC experience on construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, procedures, and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site QA/QC for assigned projects and ensure compliance.
• Witness and review site inspections and submittals for quality.
• Coordinate quality issues between design, construction, and operations.
• Provide training to personnel on QA procedures and responsibilities.
• Prepare non-conformance reports and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed documentation using BIM360, Compass, and CX Alloy.
• Lead meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Travel up to 70% to project sites as required.
