Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems, Inc. is seeking a QA/QC Supervisor to lead the project QA/QC team and ensure compliance with company procedures and ASME codes across shop and field sites.

You will drive quality improvements, manage inspections, and mentor QC staff while coordinating with Project Management to align on quality requirements and risk control. This role requires strong leadership and a proactive, safety‑conscious approach.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 8–10 years QA/QC experience in construction.
• Experience with ASME B31 piping, industrial/commercial construction, welding and NDT.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership or supervisory QA/QC role.
• Preferred: AWS QC‑1 SCWI/CWI or ICC Mechanical Certifications.
• Proficient English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA/QC project team and set clear expectations.
• Audit Project Specific Quality Control Plans for compliance with SOPs.
• Coordinate with Project Management to address quality requirements.
• Mentor inspectors and QC staff to ensure consistent practices.
• Manage nonconformances and NCR closures promptly.
• Prepare quality reports and communicate trends to management.
• Ensure compliance with ASME codes on shop/field activities.
