Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems seeks a QA/QC Supervisor to lead the QA/QC Project Team, setting expectations, coaching reports, and guiding first-in inspection approaches across shop and field sites in California. This role drives quality risk management, supports project teams, and ensures adherence to the QA/QC Plan and company SOPs.

You will oversee inspectors and subcontractors, coordinate with project managers, conduct audits, review vendor quality, and maintain compliance with ASME codes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 10 years of overall experience.
• Experience leading QA/QC teams on construction/fabrication projects.
• Strong knowledge of ASME codes and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC project teams across shop and field sites.
• Audit Project Quality Control Plans and ensure SOP adherence.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and inspectors; manage NCRs.
• Develop and implement quality improvements and training.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, welding and inspection standards.
