Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior QA/QC Manager for a major data center construction project in Richland Parish, LA. You will lead all QA/QC activities, develop plans, and ensure compliance with owner standards across mechanical, electrical, and process systems.

The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and at least 8 years of construction QA/QC experience, with the ability to manage documentation, logistics, and turnover activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of construction experience and quality control management or industrial building inspector experience.
• Knowledge of QA/QC CPM scheduling in the construction environment.
• Experience interpreting and enforcing contract requirements, drawings, specifications and codes.
• Proficiency with document control and commissioning software programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project-wide QA/QC plan in alignment with facility standards.
• Establish inspection and testing protocols for MEP, structure, and equipment installations.
• Lead quality meetings with contractors, engineering teams, and the owner.
• Manage QA documentation structure (DWNs, NCRs, RFIs, QA logs, closeout docs).
• Observe commissioning meetings and report progress, targets and risks to management.
• Coordinate with site teams to align QC plans with schedule and equipment readiness.
• Ensure GC compliance with commissioning and quality program deliverables.
