Job summary

Simera is seeking experienced Senior QA/QC Engineers to lead quality assurance and quality control activities on large-scale construction projects in the UAE. The role supports Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines and requires strong site experience.

You will mentor junior engineers, review documentation, coordinate inspections, manage NCRs, and ensure timely close-out of projects, with a fixed salary and relocation to UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer.
• Strong construction site experience.
• Knowledge of QA/QC documentation and inspection processes.
• Experience with EDMS and Power BI is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
