Job summary

Simera is seeking experienced Senior QA/QC Engineers to lead quality assurance and quality control on large-scale construction projects. Candidates may specialize in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines.

You will oversee QA/QC across project packages, review drawings, coordinate inspections, manage NCRs, mentor junior engineers, and support project close-out activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working specifically as a QA/QC Engineer.
• Strong construction site experience.
• Knowledge of QA/QC documentation and inspection processes.
• Experience with EDMS and Power BI is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
