Job summary

Simera is seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to lead quality assurance and quality control activities on large-scale construction projects. The role may specialize in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines.

You will lead QA/QC across project packages, review drawings, coordinate inspections, manage NCRs, mentor junior engineers and support project close-out. A minimum 5 years in QA/QC on construction sites is required, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working specifically as a QA/QC Engineer.
• Strong construction site experience.
• Knowledge of QA/QC documentation and inspection processes.
• Experience with EDMS and Power BI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across assigned project packages.
• Review engineering documentation and technical drawings.
• Coordinate inspections and testing activities.
• Manage NCRs and corrective actions.
• Monitor project quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project close-out activities.
