Job summary

Simera is seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer to lead quality assurance and quality control activities on large-scale construction projects. Candidates may specialize in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines.

Responsibilities include leading QA/QC across project packages, reviewing engineering documentation and drawings, coordinating inspections and testing, managing NCRs and corrective actions, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting project close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Engineer.
• Strong construction site experience.
• Knowledge of QA/QC documentation and inspection processes.
• Experience with EDMS and Power BI is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Monthly Salary: Approximately USD $4,330.
