Job summary

Simera is seeking experienced Senior QA/QC Engineers to lead quality assurance and quality control activities on large-scale construction projects. Candidates may specialize in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines, with a proven track record on-site.

Responsibilities include leading QA/QC activities, reviewing drawings, coordinating inspections and testing, managing NCRs, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting project close-out.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working specifically as a QA/QC Engineer.
• Strong construction site experience.
• Knowledge of QA/QC documentation and inspection processes.
• Experience with EDMS and Power BI is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
