Job summary

Simera is seeking experienced QA/QC Engineers to support quality assurance and control on major construction projects across the UAE. The role focuses on inspections, ITP monitoring, and managing NCRs in collaboration with consultants and subcontractors.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and have at least 5 years of site-based construction experience. A UAE relocation opportunity is offered, along with visa sponsorship and insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
• Direct construction site experience.
• Experience with QA/QC inspections and documentation.
• Knowledge of ITPs and quality control procedures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and testing activities.
• Review material approvals and inspection requests.
• Monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Manage NCRs and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with project quality standards.
