Job summary

Atlantach Technical Services is seeking skilled QA/QC Managers to join our team across the USA as we support large-scale data center projects. You will develop and maintain the Quality Management Plan, review submittals for compliance, and conduct field inspections across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls work.

• Detail-focused mindset with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience interpreting drawings, specs and commissioning/ turnover requirements.
• Preference for QA/QC certifications (ISO, ASQ, or trade-specific).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Quality Management Plan and Inspection/Test Plans for projects.
• Review and approve submittals, materials, and method statements for compliance.
• Conduct field inspections for civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and controls work.
• Track NCRs, corrective actions, and close-out verification.
• Monitor workmanship standards and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Manage QA/QC documentation, test reports, and turnover/hand-over packages.
• Coordinate testing and third-party inspections (factory and site).
• Lead quality meetings and provide progress and compliance reporting to stakeholders.
