Job summary

COUNTRY Financial is seeking a Sr. Quality Practice Lead in IT Quality Assurance to strengthen and standardize testing across Technology. This role provides enterprise QA consulting, coaching, governance and thought leadership to teams, trains on quality practices, and drives automation adoption.

You will research modern testing approaches, evaluate tools, and recommend process improvements that reduce cycle time while preserving quality and release readiness.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience in IT Quality Assurance consulting or comparable roles.
• Experience coaching teams on testing standards, defect management, test reporting, risk-based testing, and automation adoption.
• Experience with quality metrics, dashboards, release readiness reporting, and process improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Designs solutions after gathering business and technical requirements.
• Develops software solutions that are high performing and meet technical standards.
• Supports testing and problem solving/debugging of solutions.
• Implements software solutions following best practices.
