Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, management, CS, math, stats or related field.
• 7+ years professional experience; 5+ in QA automation; 3+ leading QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor QA engineers across multiple pods.
• Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile users.
• Define QA strategy, standards, and release readiness metrics.
• Collaborate with DevOps, product managers, and developers.
• Drive shift-left testing and CI/CD quality gates.
