Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in software testing.
• 8+ years in test automation framework design.
• Strong design and development skills in Java, Cucumber and JBehave.
• Experience testing REST Webservices and APIs.
• Python and AWS Cloud experience.
• CI/CD, Jenkins, and Git in DevOps environments.
• 2+ years on Agile teams with Agile/Lean practices.
• Understanding of microservice architecture and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop test automation code for CI/CD pipelines and automation of systems, infrastructure, and test framework.
• Plan, design, develop, and maintain API test automation framework for scripting, execution, and results analysis.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring for test engineers across multiple projects; train and mentor teams to build automated regression suites.
• Coordinate with product owner to resolve issues and understand functionality needs.
• Develop automated functional scripts using Java, Karate, and JMeter.
• Perform exploratory/manual testing as needed.
• Provide expertise in testing methodologies, best practices and standards.
• Position will be onsite hybrid starting day 1; interviews may be onsite.
