Responsibilities

Serve as a hands-on leader driving QA across web, mobile, API, mainframe and database
Define and execute a forward-looking QA strategy including modernization and automation
Establish and manage KPI/KRI/RTM standards and ROI metrics
Contribute to test planning and execution across functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT
Mentor SQA engineers and supervise QA staff
Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis, and risk mitigation
Collaborate with product, development, and operations to align QA with business priorities
