Rise Technical in Spring Grove, IL is seeking a Quality Engineer/Manager to take full ownership of the quality department. You will revamp the QMS, lead a team of inspectors, and collaborate with production and supply chain to ensure every product is assembled, labeled, and shipped to spec.

Qualifications

• Quality background within electrical or technical manufacturing.
• ISO 9001 experience and familiarity with quality systems.
• Team lead or supervisory experience; ERP experience is a plus.

• Lead quality inspectors and oversee the testing department.
• Collaborate with production and supply chain to ensure correct assembly and shipping.
