Job summary

Ford Energy is seeking a Senior Manager Quality Assurance to lead the quality culture and own the end-to-end quality operating model across development, manufacturing, and field service. You will manage data-driven insights, KPI governance, and cross-functional quality initiatives for a fast-growing energy storage business.

You will drive regulatory compliance, supplier quality, and risk assessments for strategic programs, while protecting warranty exposure and ensuring safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Systems Engineering, or Product Development in energy or automotive sectors.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Ability to lead cross-functional issue resolution and communicate complex quality risks to executives.
• Expertise in Failure Mode Avoidance tools (DFMEA, PFMEA).
• Direct experience with stationary Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Responsibilities

• Own the quality operating model, quality gates, escalation paths, and KPI structure for Ford Energy.
• Establish and enforce high-level quality standards across engineering, manufacturing, and service.
• Manage cost of quality and warranty exposure for the subsidiary.
