Job summary

Ford Energy seeks a seasoned engineering leader to drive safety-first, high-performance manufacturing of battery energy storage systems. You will lead a multi-skilled team, optimize production flows, and mentor engineers across cross-functional functions to deliver reliable, scalable energy storage technology at scale.

The role requires 4+ years in manufacturing engineering, 2+ years in supervision, and a strong background in automated systems, lean practices, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in high-volume automated environments.
• 2+ years of managing or supervising engineers in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead with purpose by building and guiding an agile engineering team for grid storage tech.
• Direct production, material flow, and automation to maximize first-time-through (FTT).
• Achieve plant performance through Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, Maintenance, Environment objectives.
