Ford Energy is seeking a strategic Engineering Leader to build and mentor a high‑performance team focused on Battery Energy Storage Systems manufacturing. You will drive production architectures, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and partner with Maintenance, IT, and Quality to optimize end-to-end processes.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, 2+ years of people leadership, and a strong Lean/Six Sigma mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related) required.
• 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in automated environments.
• 2+ years supervising engineers in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Lead an agile engineering team to deliver advanced BESS tech.
• Direct production, material flow, and automation to optimize first-time-through rates.
• Drive SQDCPME goals: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, Maintenance, Environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless controls/IT integration.
