Dolby is seeking a QA Manager for the Dolby Cinema QA group in San Francisco. You will lead test strategy, lab readiness, and end-to-end testing across complex imaging programs involving projectors, cinema servers, and networking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years management experience and 8+ years in quality test engineering or related field.
• Experience leading QA for complex video, imaging or cinema hardware/software systems.
• Strong lab experience with projectors, cinema servers, networking and measurement tools.
• Excellent English communication and leadership for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of technical test engineers and provide technical oversight.
• Plan resources, budgets, headcount, and equipment for projects.
• Develop QA strategies and end-to-end test ownership for cinema products.
• Lead defect triage, root-cause analysis and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with Dolby engineering across geographies and with external partners.
• Introduce AI-assisted QA tools and automation to improve coverage.
